Małgorzata Korzeniowska is an archaeologist and ceramologist from the University of Warsaw. She works at the National Museum in Warsaw at the Department of Ancient and Eastern Christian Art, where she is responsible for the Ancient Egyptian Collection. Her doctoral thesis concerns Nubian pottery based on the pottery assemblage from the site of Ghazali. Her fieldwork experience includes excavation projects in Poland, Egypt, Sudan, Bulgaria, Montenegro and Ukraine.
Since 2014 she has been working as ceramologist for the Polish-Sudanese Mission in Ghazali. As the work on the Ghazali ceramic material continuous, the new typology and fabric classes will be developed for the site since the present ones seem not to be sufficient for the ceramic material recovered in Ghazali.
